A person with at least 5 years cooking experience acceptable to the association or

a person who has completed a training program that is recognised by the association

A person, who in the opinion of the executive (branch or national), may be of benefit

to the aims and objectives on the association, may apply for membership

Tarining membership shall be open to any person who is currently training in the

culinary arts

A company, restaurant, hotel, trust, association, society, institution or other

prepared to assist in the promotion and advancement of the NZCA and the industry
